salon Policies:
Our time is as valuable as yours. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. A no call, no show missed appointment will require a non-refundable deposit to re-book an appointment or we get to SHAVE your head!
ENTOURAGE:
We want all of our guests to be able to relax & escape their daily grind during a service. We love our children and pets as much as you do unless children have an appointment or pets are used as service animals we ask that you leave them home.
SPECIALTY APPOINTMENTS:
Color Correction, Double Process/Fashion Hair Colors, Bridal Hair, Bridal Make-Up, Hair & Lash Extension appointments must be booked by phone or email. These services may require consultations, deposits, and or specific time booking requirements.
